Some more bugs we encountered. Player scoring fan for prevalent wind on a Pair of winds.

Also, computer somehow winning with 3 fan even though the minimum was set to 4.

prevalent wind bug is fixed. Also fixed a duplicate "concealed triplets" bug.

I have not reproduced min score bug. played a few hands, did not find it yet. will keep an eye on it.
